Reload Asiago Spinach Dip
Ingredients
- 1/2 puck of Smoked Sea Salt Banner Butter 
- 1 package of frozen Spinach, thawed and drained well 
- 1 cup of Heavy Cream 
- 1+ tablespoons of Reload Magnum Rub (to taste) 
- ~1 1/2 tablespoons of minced, fresh garlic 
- 4 oz of softened Cream Cheese 
- 4+ oz of freshly grated Boar’s Head Asiago Cheese 
Cook
Recipe by Reload Rub & Seasoning
- In a cast iron skillet, add the butter, drained spinach, heavy cream, Magnum, garlic, and cream cheese 
- Bring to a simmer and mix well. 
- Add the Asiago. 
- Continue to simmer, stirring frequently, until the dip reaches your desired thickness, ~20 minutes.
