Q-Nami Double Smoked Ham

  1. We coated this beautiful ham in Duck Fat Spray and Lane’s Q-Nami before placing it in a smoke bath. The Traeger ran at 250° until the IT of the ham hit 145°.

  2. Once the IT hit 115°, we basted the ham with a glaze made of equal parts Unslated Banner Butter, Japanese BBQ Sauce, and Stingin’ Sweet Honey, and 1 tbsp of Q-Nami. We basted every 15-20 minutes until we hit an IT of 145°.
